The performance of nitrile rubber is affected by the content of acrylonitrile. As the content of acrylonitrile increases, the tensile strength, heat resistance, oil resistance, airtightness, and hardness of nitrile rubber increase, but the elasticity and cold resistance decrease.


Usage: Nitrile rubber O-ring is mainly used to make oil resistant products, such as oil resistant pipes, tapes, rubber diaphragms, and large oil pockets. It is commonly used to make various oil resistant molded products, oil seals, cups, diaphragms, valves, corrugated pipes, hoses, seals, foams, etc. It is also used to make rubber plates and wear-resistant parts.
